PT Total Movements, representing Indonesia in the Project Logistics Alliance, has successfully wrapped up the port-to-door delivery of critical equipment for a major power plant project in the country. The operation involved the seamless multimodal movement of around 2,600 CBM of cargo, including five engines and five alternators, from ports in Belgium and Spain all the way to the project site foundation in Indonesia.

The team managed the entire logistics process, covering everything from ocean freight coordination in Europe to on-ground execution in Indonesia. This included the smooth unloading of cargo at the Indonesian discharge port, overland transport of the oversized units, and final installation at the site.
