8th Annual Meeting of the Project Logistics Alliance

The 8th Annual Meeting of the Project Logistics Alliance, held between 8–11 April 2025 at the stunning Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Malta Golden Sands, was an unforgettable gathering of project logistics professionals from across the globe. We were thrilled to welcome over 100 delegates from more than 80 countries, all under one roof for a few days of reconnecting, sharing ideas, and strengthening relationships. This event marked not only another successful edition of our annual meet-up, but a celebration of the strong network we've built together over the years.

Set against the breathtaking cliffs and golden beaches of Malta's northwest coast, this year's meeting was centered around connection, collaboration, and meaningful conversation. Before diving into business, we kicked things off with a relaxing Welcome Reception on the 8th of April by the sea — a chance to raise a toast to what lay ahead and enjoy a lovely video showcasing a project completed by Convoy Logistics Providers, our sponsor for the evening.

Over the next 2 days, our members brought unmatched energy to the meeting room, where deals were discussed, ideas exchanged, and future projects mapped out. After a full day of meetings and business talk on the first day, our guests gathered at a venue that beautifully blends history, charm, and character. Nestled within 18th-century architecture, the Madliena Lodge was the perfect setting to unwind with an atmosphere that felt like stepping back in time, generously sponsored by Project One Logistics. On the second meeting day evening, we came together for the Gala Dinner at the Essence of India, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa. A beautiful mix of Indian and continental dishes was served buffet and family-style, making it feel just like a big, warm dinner with friends from around the world.

To close out our time in Malta on the last day, the 11th of April, we enjoyed a private tour through the charming streets of Mdina, the historic town of Rabat, and the stunning Mosta Rotunda — soaking in centuries of history, culture, and incredible views. Along the way, we got a true taste of Malta with fresh pastizzi and a local drink — whether it was the classic Kinnie or a refreshing Cisk. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing, storytelling, and shared laughter. The afternoon ended with a farewell lunch filled with warm goodbyes and friendly conversations that laid the groundwork for potential collaborations in the months to come.
