Project Logistics Alliance brings you to the Americas for the first time since its establishment. The 7th Annual Meeting will take place between the 16th and 19th of April, 2024 at the InterContinental Miramar Panama.

Panama can proudly claim a deep-rooted history of maritime trade and the diverse cultural exchanges that have left a mark on the nation's character and global significance. Positioned at the isthmus's narrowest point in Central America, Panama has long functioned as a strategic link between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans with the Panama Canal serving as a vital artery for international shipping connecting the Americas to the broader world.

As we gather in Panama City, we invite you to explore not only the country's maritime legacy but also to engage in discussions and networking opportunities that echo the spirit of connection and collaboration.

InterContinental Miramar Panama was selected as the backdrop for the event being the iconic hotel that oversees the Pacific Ocean and the bay of Panama, making it a perfect location for fostering valuable business connections and unwinding.



As per tradition, we've put together an exciting array of activities for your time with us. The main conference events include:
  • Welcoming Cocktail Reception - 16th April
  • 2 Days of One-to-One Meetings - 17th and 18th of April
  • Journey through the Casco Viejo, the historic Old Quarter, and the exploration of the authentic culinary offerings of Panama - 17th of April
  • Gala Dinner – 18th of April
  • Tour the Miraflores Visitors Center at the infamous Panama Canal with an IMAX Documentary Cinema Experience to learn about the Canal’s history – 19th of April (we will be back at the hotel by 12:00 pm, lunch will follow)
  • Refreshments and Coffee Breaks on Meeting Days 
  • Lunch on All Days



This year in Bangkok during the 6th Annual Meeting, we hosted the First Owner’s Club event where we set the stage for key decision-makers of the companies, namely the Owners, C-Level Executives, Directors, Board Members and equivalent. The gathering facilitated insightful discussions about the foundation and background of each company, and what truly makes them stand out as well as conversations about their respective markets, bringing additional value to the event.  

Following the participant feedback, we are pleased to announce that the Owner's Club will once again be featured in Panama City on the 15th of April starting at 14:30 and we have decided on the following format:

  • Local market presentation from each individual participant: opportunities, challenges, present, past, and future with a Q&A session (We will provide you with the template). 
  • Panel discussion with all the participants where we will pre-select the topics of interest, and everybody will have a chance to contribute to the exchange. 
  • Networking session where each participant will have an opportunity to engage in more in-depth conversations with each other with the aim of fostering strategic partnerships.  
  • Dining experience where you can network further in a more relaxed setting and connect on a deeper level, building relationships that extend beyond the confines of the traditional business setting.

The registration system will close on the 15th of March 2024. After this, we will launch the meeting scheduling system so you can book your 1-to-1 meetings. Please make sure you finish your registration and complete the payment before then.
