M-Star Projects Ships Equipment From All Over To Thailand For A Large EPC Contractor23. June 2020
The Georgian member of the Project Logistics Alliance, M-Star Projects powered by Herfurth Logistics NV which is also a member representing Belgium is delighted to share with us an ongoing project in Thailand.
One of the largest engineering procurement and construction company contracted M-Star to deliver the required technical equipment to Thailand. The total volume of this equated to about 7000 CBM. These pieces of equipment were sourced from China, Germany, Italy, and Vietnam. The scope of work undertaken by the projects and operations team at M-Star includes road transportation, port handling, heavy-lift sea transport, customs clearance, and the marine surveyance. Because of very strict time frames and deadlines for the deliveries to Thailand, it was a serious challenge to connect all modalities within the supply chain in an optimal way
Jan Euwema, the Business Development Manager is overlooking the project and can be reached at:
Wishing you guys a successful completion and many more such projects in the future!
